Please note: There are usually two evening time slots, one beginning at 5pm and the other at 6pm – they both run for 60 minutes. If there is no time slot available on a field of your liking this means the field is full. Please look at a different time slot, a different position on the field or a different location.
Please schedule accordingly. If you would like to see current schedule for any of the fields, please click on the map (under the map of of our fields above) and it will show you a full calendar of events planned for that field. Some fields may be offline and may not be shown in the practice field sign up above. Any coach found over scheduling events or abusing the scheduling option will be removed from the schedule and will lose the flexibility to schedule.
User Account: Our scheduling system will create a new Elk Grove Soccer user account for all new customers. If you are logged in, the new customer will be associated with the existing user account.
U9-U19 Recreation Coaches: Please contact your Age Group Coordinator for scheduling information. If you register using this system, on a future stars designated field, you will be removed.

Frequently asked questions
There are many fields but only some are available to me, why?
Yes, correct we use over 56 fields in Elk Grove. However, some are specifically designated to a particular program for developmental purposes. When you select a field, it will tell you if this is applicable to your program.
How can I see what fields are available?
To see the location of our fields, please click on the field map above to see the location and then scroll down and you will see the calendar where the coaches schedule their practices.
I tried signing up for a field but it won't let me, it's not working how can I get my field?
Please watch the “how to video” above.
I signed up and received a confirmation email but I don't see my name on the calendar, where is my name ?
Your name will appear shortly once we approve your schedule.
The field I tried to sign up for says it's unavailable, what should I do?
If the field says it is unavailable it means that another coach has booked that section of the field. Please look for a different section of field that is not booked.
What side of the field did I sign up for ? What does NW, NE, SW, SE, N, S, E, W mean?
I am a U9 - U19 recreation coach, how do I schedule a field for practice?
