About The Program
Are you interested in coaching youth soccer but have yet to be given an opportunity? Elk Grove Soccer is currently experiencing record growth and is looking far and wide for their next staff. We are looking for enthusiastic amazing coaches to help with our amazing soccer families. Read on for more information.

Overview
Contracts are available for 6, 12 and 18 months. Most contracts are for 18 months and you will be placed with a club. The club will determine the nature of coaching, and candidates must be able to deal with a variety of age and ability groups and have the necessary expertise and flexibility.

Who can apply
Experienced coaches with prior coaching experience is a plus but we also have a training program. Ideally have a clean driving license and a Degree (4 years study) or Associates Degree (2 years of study) in Physical Education, Sports Science or other related qualification is desirable.

Salary
Coaches are paid based on experience, type of job, and agreement with club. Please contact us for further information on salaries.
Other Items
Coaches are paid bi-monthly. Most accommodation is usually with local families; however, we do also have some coaches in rentals. Elk Grove Soccer will provide rental cars. Each coach will receive a coaching kit from the club, together with a curriculum to help the coach get started. Elk Grove Soccer also provides a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover each coach for the duration of their stay.
